We are in the process of creating a volunteer mentorship opportunity to connect nurses here in the US with nurses working in remote areas with little or no access to continuing education.
Our goal is to create a dynamic and supportive relationship which will benefit the mentor and the mentee through mutual understanding and learning from cultural and generational differences.
